Restricted by an older phone system
Communications options for ARL were restricted by its legacy telephone system. Steve Ravenhall, Financial Director with ARL explained that they wanted to take advantage of more big-business features to add to their professional image. As well as that, ARL were developing a European perspective to their business and were looking for a telephone system that would increase the company’s flexibility.
