We've joined up with the British Chambers of Commerce to ask more than 400 businesses about their common frustrations.

89% said broadband was critical to running their business. But for 69%, their current connection is too slow.

And whilst 72% of cloud computing users said it makes them more productive, 27% still don't understand what "the cloud" is all about.
